Online payment is available on the website.
(Your payment information is processed through secure payment providers.
THE FIFTH CLOSET does not store your credit card details.)

Shipping & Delivery
All orders are shipped via SF Express.
Enjoy free SF Express shipping (SF Locker / SF Service Point) on orders over HKD 600.
Orders below HKD 600 will be shipped via SF Express with shipping fee paid upon delivery.
Remote areas require an additional HKD 10 surcharge.

Availability
Items may be in stock or pre-order.
In-stock items are usually shipped within 1–3 working days.
Pre-order items usually take 7–20working days to arrive.
Once the item arrives, we will arrange shipment via SF Express.
商品為現貨或預訂。
現貨商品一般會於 1–3 個工作天內寄出。
預訂商品一般需 7–20 個工作天到貨。
If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items,
we will usually wait until everything is ready before shipping.
If you would like to receive the in-stock items earlier,
just let us know when placing your order.

Notes
Measurements are taken manually, and a 1–3 cm difference may occur.
Actual product colours may vary slightly due to lighting and screen settings.
商品尺寸為人手量度，可能會有 1–3 cm 誤差。

Care Guide
洗滌建議
To help your garments stay beautiful for longer, we recommend:
• Wash with cold water
• Use a laundry bag for delicate fabrics
• Do not tumble dry
• Hang dry naturally
• Iron on low heat if needed
Please always follow the care label attached to each garment.
為保持衣物最佳狀態，我們建議：

Order Policy
Every item is carefully inspected before shipment.
As our collections are sourced in limited quantities from Korea, all sales are final and we do not offer returns or exchanges once an order has been confirmed.
If you receive an incorrect or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your parcel, and we'll be happy to assist you.
If you have any questions, feel free to message us before placing your order.
